Mark D. Robinson

Mark D. Robinson is Assistant Professor of Statistical Genomics. Prof. Robinson is the author of one of the best and widely used software for digital differential expression analysis, edgeR. With his help we are developing and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines for the in silico analysis of differential gene expression in biological samples of opposite sexes.
