Luigi Gradoni is Research Director of MIPI Department (Malattie Infettive, Parassitarie ed Immunomediate ) at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità in Rome. Dr. Gradoni is one of the main international expert of sand fly and sand fly-leishmania interactions. With his help we are performing nucleic acid extractions, developmental analyses and field test on Phlebotomus perniciosus.
